CCTV distributor Videcon PLC has been awarded a Gold Certificate for level of Customer Satisfaction achieved. Based on results of a BenchmarkQ Customer Satisfaction Survey Videcon achieved 83% overall for Customer Satisfaction, scoring 79.44% for quality of service and products.

The survey was conducted in April/May 05, during which a sample of Videcon customers were interviewed on their level of satisfaction with the standard of Marketing, Staff Performance and Service and Products from Videcon.

Comments from customers on staff performance included, “They’re very friendly, helpful and just seem to get on with what we ask them to do” and when questioned “How efficient are they at responding to your enquiries” the answer was simply “They’re excellent”.
