Or contact our customer services department and request an application form. It will usually take five working days to process your application during which time we can accept cash or any of the following debit/credit cards.

Warranty
We offer a five-year warranty on all Concept Pro body and fixed dome cameras, and a
three-year warranty on all Concept Pro high-speed dome cameras. All other products within the Concept Pro range come with a two-year warranty, subject to our standard terms and conditions. Where the product is not part of the Concept Pro collection we will adhere to the manufacturers warranty

14 Day Evaluation Period
We operate a 14-day evaluation period on all Concept and Concept Pro products. To take advantage, please ensure you quote ‘evaluation’ when placing your order. For a complete
understanding of our evaluation period see terms and conditions.

Returns and Repairs
Either contact our service department and request an RMA form or download the PDF above. Simply fill in the details and return to us via email, fax or post. On return an RMA number will be issued.

We regret that any items returned without a valid RMA number will be returned to sender unopened.
