Opening an Account

Opening an account with Videcon is easy. Simply download the PDF, fill in and return either by post or fax. Or contact our customer services department and request an application form. It will usually take five working days to process your application during which time we can accept cash or any of the following debit/credit cards.

1. By Phone - Our highly knowledgeable telesales team is available to deal with your enquiries/orders between the hours of 9:00am-5:30pm Monday - Friday (excl bank holidays). Call +44 (0)1924 528000.
2. By Fax - Simply fax your order details on company headed paper to +44(0)1924 528005.
3. Trade Counter - Visit our head office in West Yorkshire and order your goods at the trade counter or simply "call and collect"
4. Online - Register online for your password today for access to the latest pricing information, produce your own estimates (complete with datasheets and manuals), shop online and much more.
