Delivery Information

We have a number of delivery options to suite you and your business needs. With our UK Next Day Delivery option, you are able to have your order delivered to your premises or to your clients site, completely unbranded and white labelled. Working together with our delivery partners DPD, we provide a unique one hour delivery window (via e-mail or text) so you don't have to wait around for your delivery to arrive.

UK Mainland Delivery

Videcon offers next working day deliveries in the UK and Northern Ireland for all orders received before 17:00 Monday - Thursday. For more precise delivery times we offer a timed delivery service, either pre 10:30am or pre 12:00pm including on Saturdays. For more infomation on Special Delivery options and delivery charges, please contact us for further information.

International Delivery

Videcon is proud to be a leading UK based distributor of security products and services. For deliveries outside the UK and more information on International Delivery options please contact us on (01924) 528000.

UK Delivery Services

Free Next Day Delivery
Spend £300 (ext VAT) for free assured parcel delivery in the UK before close of business the following working day.

Pre - 12:00
Looking to receive your parcels more urgently, this option allows you to receive your order before noon the following working day.

Pre- 10:30
For a time-critical parcel delivery, this option ensures your urgent parcels arrive at their destination at the start of the next working day.

Please Note: To arrange a Pre-12:00 or Pre-10:30 delivery service, please call 01924 528000 to speak to our Customer Services who will be more than happy to arrage this.

Tracking Your Order

Working in partnership with DPD, you'll receive up-to-date Tracking information via your e-mail address or mobile device. As standard you'll receive the following up-dates.

Shipping
Once your parcel has been despatched, you'll receive a text or e-mail confirming the delivery date, and you'll also be provided with option to reschedule.
Out for Delivery
Your customer will receive a text message or e-mail as soon as your package is out for delivery, along with a one hour delivery window and options to rearrange.

To get a more detailed view of where your order is, please download the app via the AppStore or Google Play. Here you will be able to follow a live map with a final 15 minute delivery timeslot with Follow My Parcel or you'll also be able re-arrange where your parcel can be delivered should your circumstances change.
