Frequently asked questions

To open an account with Videcon call our team on 01924 528000 or email sales@videcon.co.ukwith your name, company name, area of interest and your contact details.

Please note, as a trade only distributor, only registered security and fire companies are able to open an account with us.
Whilst our website is under development, all sales must be placed through our sales team.
You can either do this by calling us us on 01924 528000 (Mon - Fri - 9am - 5:30pm) or emailing sales@videcon.co.uk

You can even order your goods directly from our head office trade counter, or ring in advance for click & collect.
Videcon offers next working day and Saturday AM deliveries in the UK and Northern Ireland. For more precise delivery times we offer a timed delivery service, either pre 10:30am or pre 12:00pm. Delivery charges will be quoted at the time of order.

Please note that some postcodes can only be covered by a two day delivery service. Click here to see a full list of affected postcode.
We understand that returning goods for any reason can be a hassle, so we have tried to make our returns process as straightforward as possible. Simply complete a RMA form here (PDF) and send to returns@videcon.co.uk We aim to process all returns requests on the same day if received before 4pm. Requests received after this time may be processed on the next working day.

Replacements due to a fault

If you are returning due to a fault, our technical team may contact you to discuss directly. If requested and approved by the technical department an advance replacement will be sent for next day delivery. Upgrade to a timed delivery is available on request but the difference is chargeable.

Replacements are invoiced at usual cost, and when the returned item is agreed faulty you will receive a full credit for the replacement invoice, including next day carriage.

If your account is on a cash only basis, replacements must be paid for, until the faulty item(s) is received and tested faulty. If any goods fail within 14 days of purchase we can collect on delivery. If you have a credit account goods will be invoiced but payment not taken.

We can come to you anytime, anywhere, ensuring the process for you is as smooth and as stress free as possible, or why not visit our dedicated demonstration facility based at our Heckmondwike headquarters in West Yorkshire.

All our training courses can be booked at a cost of £100.00 which is credited back to your account upon spending £1,000 with us.
